After mastering it for hobby and passion since her move to Portofino area in 2002 from Milan, she started to be chef for the tourists in Portofino area and beyond since 2016. Aside her culinary experience in her private house, where she has been spacing among different regional cuisines of Italy, she specialized in the Ligurian cuisine, studying and researching the Ligurian traditions, and not only in the kitchen.
The traditional Ligurian cuisine is a mix of rich and simple dishes, savoury but lead by thrift about the use of its ingredients, also very close to a vegetarian cuisine.
